We’re excited to share that SOJA will be collaborating with the Japanese Garden for a special Children’s Day (Kodomo no Hi) event.
Date & Time: May 3rd, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Ashland Japanese Garden
At this event, SOJA will be hosting a hands-on activity where children can make and wear their own kabuto (samurai helmet) using newspaper. The Japanese Garden team will also be preparing a variety of crafts and games for everyone to enjoy.
Please bring your family and friends and join us for this fun cultural celebration. We also warmly welcome volunteers who would like to help with the kabuto activity.
We look forward to seeing you there!
